Ordering:

Price:

Customs :
<\/b>Any order placed on the site and delivered outside mainland France may be subject to customs duties and any taxes which are imposed when the package reaches its destination, the customer being the importer of the product concerned. These duties and taxes, related to
the delivery of the product, are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. Brigitte V. is not required to verify and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is up to the customer to obtain information from the competent\u00a0 authorities in his country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regulations and invoicing on the Site:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>For any order placed on the Site, the Buyer has several choices:
<\/span>Payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club):<\/span><\/b> via a secure page (Stripe system). The
Purchaser must indicate his card number, its expiry date and the three digits of the cryptogram on the back of it, directly in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption).
<\/span>Paypal Payment: <\/span><\/b>The Customer’s connection to the PayPal payment page is secure. Entering the credit card number (if applicable) and its
expiration date is done on PayPal’s secure site where the information is encrypted.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Buyer can request an invoice by sending an email to contact (at) whisperingdoors.com<\/p>\n

For all questions about payments and invoicing when ordering on other platforms (Amazon, Kobo), the Buyer must contact the customer service of the platform concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sending the order:
<\/b>The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and within the deadlines indicated. These times do not take into account the time taken to prepare the order. In the event that the Customer has not been able to collect their order within the time limit (delivery to a “relay point”), the costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the Customer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brigitte V. declines all responsibility in the event of an address error made by the buyer and declines all responsibility for any delays, theft, loss or damage to the package by the carrier (La Poste \/ Mondial Relay).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>In the event of late delivery, the Customer has the option of terminating the contract under the terms and conditions defined in l\u2019Article L 138-2 du Code de la consommation. The Seller then refunds the product and the “go” costs under the conditions of l\u2019Article L 138-3 du Code de la consommation. The Seller reminds that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to it. For digital books ordered on the Site (except on condition of exclusivity on an external platform), at the end of his payment, the Buyer will be redirected to a page allowing the download of the digital book in the format of his choice. For any order placed on other platforms, these platforms are responsible for sending and receiving the products ordered. In the event of a problem, please check with the customer service of the platform concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return conditions for items ordered on the site:
<\/span><\/b>The Buyer has a period of 14 clear days, from receipt of the items ordered on the Site to exercise his right of return without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. . If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. <\/span>After this period of 14 days, the product will be considered free from defects.<\/span><\/p>\n

The product must be returned in packaging ensuring good protection and must be entrusted to a carrier allowing him to follow the return package. Otherwise, if the return package sent by the Buyer does not reach Brigitte V., the Buyer will not be able to prove the shipment of the product to be returned and will not be able to request a refund for this product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Items to be returned will be sent to the following address: Brigitte Verguet, Quartier Paradis, Saint Canadet, 13610 Le Puy ste Reparade, FRANCE. They must be accompanied by an informative letter on the sender containing: Last name – first name – address – telephone number – order number.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of exercise of the right of return, Brigitte V. will reimburse the Buyer for the value of the items purchased after their return, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which this right has been exercised.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 14-day return period provided by<\/span> \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>l\u2019article L121-20 du Code de la consommation <\/span>\u00bb<\/span> does not apply to ordering digital books. Refund or exchange is therefore not possible for an order of digital books.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal data :
<\/b>In accordance with \u00ab la loi n\u00b0 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative \u00e0 l\u2019informatique, aux fichiers et aux libert\u00e9s \u00bb, any User has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data transmitted to the Site.<\/p>\n

The user can also request the modification or deletion of his own personal data by writing to contact (at) whisperingdoors.com<\/p>\n

Any request for contact changes must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document of the User allowing recognition of the User (Passport, National Identity Card, Residence Permit or Driving License). This photocopy of the Identity Card will be immediately destroyed without any copying or recording being made. The contact modification request will be processed as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour toutes questions sur les r\u00e8glements et facturation lors d\u2019une commande sur les autres plateformes (Amazon, Kobo), l\u2019Acheteur doit se rapprocher du service client de la plateforme concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Envoi de la commande :
<\/strong>Les produits sont livr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019adresse de livraison qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 indiqu\u00e9e lors de la commande et dans\u00a0les d\u00e9lais indiqu\u00e9s. Ces d\u00e9lais ne prennent pas en compte le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9paration de la commande.\u00a0Dans le cas o\u00f9 le Client n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retirer sa commande dans le d\u00e9lai imparti (livraison \u00e0 un \u00ab point relais \u00bb), les frais de renvoi de la commande sont \u00e0 la charge du Client.<\/p>\n

Brigitte V. d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019erreur d\u2019adresse commise par l\u2019acheteur et d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9ventuels retards, vols, pertes ou d\u00e9t\u00e9riorations du colis par le transporteur (La Poste \/ Mondial Relay).<\/p>\n

En cas de retard de livraison, le Client dispose de la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre le contrat dans les conditions et modalit\u00e9s d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l\u2019Article L 138-2 du Code de la consommation. Le Vendeur proc\u00e8de alors au remboursement du produit et aux frais \u00ab aller \u00bb dans les conditions de l\u2019Article L 138-3 du Code de la consommation. Le Vendeur rappelle qu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 le Client pend possession physiquement des produits, les risques de perte ou d\u2019endommagement des produits lui sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s. Pour toute commande effectu\u00e9e sur les autres plateformes, ces plateformes sont\u00a0responsables de l\u2019envoi et de la bonne r\u00e9ception des produits command\u00e9s. En cas de probl\u00e8me, merci de vous renseigner aupr\u00e8s du service client de la plateforme concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Conditions de retour des articles command\u00e9s sur le site
<\/strong>L\u2019Acheteur dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de 14 jours francs, \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception des articles command\u00e9s sur le Site pour exercer son droit de retour sans avoir \u00e0 justifier de motifs ni \u00e0 payer de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des frais de retour. Si le d\u00e9lai de 14 jours vient \u00e0 expirer un samedi, un dimanche ou un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 ou ch\u00f4m\u00e9, il est prorog\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au premier jour ouvrable suivant. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai de 14 jours, les articles seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme exempts de d\u00e9fauts.<\/p>\n

Les articles doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s dans un emballage assurant leur bonne protection et doivent \u00eatre confi\u00e9s \u00e0 un transporteur permettant de suivre le colis de retour. Dans le cas contraire, si le colis de retour exp\u00e9di\u00e9 par l\u2019Acheteur ne parvenait pas \u00e0 Brigitte V. l\u2019Acheteur ne sera pas en mesure de prouver l\u2019exp\u00e9dition du produit \u00e0 retourner et ne pourra pas demander le remboursement de ce produit.<\/p>\n

Les articles \u00e0 retourner seront envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante : Brigitte Verguet, Quartier Paradis, Saint Canadet, 13610 Le Puy ste Reparade. Ils devront \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019une lettre informative sur l\u2019exp\u00e9diteur contenant : Nom \u2013 pr\u00e9nom \u2013 adresse -num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u2013 num\u00e9ro de commande.<\/p>\n

En cas d\u2019exercice du droit de retour, Brigitte V. remboursera l\u2019Acheteur de la valeur des articles achet\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le retour de ceux-ci, dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais et au plus tard dans les trente jours suivant la date \u00e0 laquelle ce droit a \u00e9t\u00e9 exerc\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9lai de retour de 14 jours pr\u00e9vu par l\u2019article L121-20 du Code de la consommation ne s\u2019applique pas \u00e0 la commande de livres num\u00e9riques. Le remboursement ou l\u2019\u00e9change n\u2019est donc pas possible pour une commande de livres num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n

Donn\u00e9es personnelles :
<\/strong>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi n\u00b0 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative \u00e0 l\u2019informatique, aux fichiers et aux libert\u00e9s, tout Utilisateur dispose d\u2019un droit d\u2019acc\u00e8s, de rectification et d\u2019opposition aux donn\u00e9es personnelles le concernant transmises au Site.<\/p>\n

L\u2019utilisateur peut aussi demander la\u00a0modification ou suppression\u00a0de ses propres donn\u00e9es personnelles en \u00e9crivant \u00e0 contact(arobase)whisperingdoors.com<\/p>\n

Toute demande de modifications de contact devra \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e de la photocopie d\u2019un titre d\u2019identit\u00e9 valable de l\u2019Utilisateur permettant la reconnaissance de l\u2019Utilisateur (Passeport, Carte d\u2019Identit\u00e9 Nationale, Titre de S\u00e9jour ou Permis de Conduire). Cette photocopie de Carte d\u2019Identit\u00e9 sera imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9truite sans qu\u2019aucune copie ou enregistrement n\u2019en soit fait. La demande de modification de contact sera trait\u00e9e dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n

Les donn\u00e9es personnelles des Utilisateurs sont collect\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re loyale et licite \u00e0 des fins de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, afin de respecter les obligations l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires et notamment pour lutter contre la fraude, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le traitement et le suivi des Commandes, et afin de permettre aux Utilisateurs de recevoir les emails.<\/p>\n

Les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel de l\u2019Utilisateur ne seront pas transmises \u00e0 des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s partenaires.<\/p>\n

Liens hypertextes :
